The Inclusive Care for LBTQ+ Women and Femmes: A Path to Equity training equips healthcare providers and any patient facing professional with the tools and knowledge to offer culturally competent, inclusive, and affirming care to lesbian, bisexual, transgender, queer, and femme-identifying individuals. Participants will learn about the unique health challenges faced by LBTQ+ women and femmes, from stigma and discrimination to barriers in accessing care. The training covers essential topics like understanding sexual orientation and gender identity, addressing mental health needs, using gender-inclusive language, and creating safe, welcoming environments. By the end, participants will be better prepared to provide sensitive, respectful care, advocate for LBTQ+ patients, and contribute to a more equitable healthcare system.
